Jeremy Loomis came to Webster’s Prime with a smile and an eagerness that we love to see in young, future chefs; the desire to learn as much as possible but an understanding that he has a long way to go. Jeremy was quick to embrace our belief and philosophy of fresh, local ingredients. Under the tutelage of our Senior Line Cook Nate Shaw, Jeremy met the local farmers, started placing the orders, and in the process fell in love with local food.
Jeremy begins a new journey next week, as he and Kareema begin anew in Southern California. All of us at Webster’s Prime are proud to have called Jeremy a colleague and wish him only the best. When we know where he lands in SoCal, we’ll post it as well so we all know where to grab a good meal when in his neighborhood.
